CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are not honored after work has begun. There will be a 15% cancellation fee on all canceled orders once they have been placed with Home Team Sportswear. Orders that are already in process are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please order carefully and as early as possible. |  | | RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. On returnable/exchangeable items there is a 15% restocking fee. All uniforms, pom pons and warm-ups are custom made and NON RETURNABLE except for defects in material or workmanship of manufacturer (again, claims must be made within 10 days). Please contact our customers service department at 1-888-657-7745 with any defected items. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be submitted to return/exchange items. Also, on exchanges/returns, Home Team Sportswear must receive the unworn merchandise in proper restocking condition before the order is reshipped or account credited. | | | SALES TAX: Unless we have your sales tax exemption form on file, Home Team Sportswear is required by law to collect sales tax on sales of goods. | | | SHIPPING: Shipping cost is 15% of the total order. (Orders totaling less than $100.00 require a minimum of $15.00 shipping.) Overnight shipping will be charged at the rate of weight and destination. Exact cost can only be calculated on the day of shipment. Our standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks on all custom orders (anything that is not in-stock is considered a custom order). · Measure all team members at the same time and have the same person doing all the measuring.
· Our uniform measurements are adjusted for comfortable fit. Extra room is already allowed for a sports bra, turtleneck or bodysuit is to be worn under the uniform.
· If a member is out of proportion with Home Team’s standard measurements, you may split sets and order one size shell and a different size skirt if needed.
· Custom sizes are available for an additional cost.
