THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

ORDERING INFORMATION: Prepare your order by viewing Home Team’s printable online catalog. Contact our customer service department if you have any questions and they will be glad to help you!

ORDER BY PHONE: You may place your order by calling our Toll Free number at 1-888-657-7745. Business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday through Friday.

ORDER BY FAX: You may fax in your order 24 hours and day, 7 days a week to our Order Entry Department at 325-347-6010. Simply print out the order form provided for you online, complete the form, and fax. A customer representative will contact you to confirm that the faxed order was received. (If you are unable to open order form, please call 1-888-657-7745)

ORDER BY MAIL: Please be sure to fill out ALL of the ordering information on the order form (ship to address, contact name, phone number, style number, color locations, qty…). Mail to: Home Team Sportswear, P.O. Box 1502, Mason, Texas 76856.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

MINIMUM ORDERS: A minimum order of 6 uniforms is required on all orders, including reorders and add-ons. On any order under 6, add $10.00 per uniform/package.

INDIVIDUAL PRICING: Home Team Sportswear will gladly accept individual orders, however there is a $10.00 service charge added to the uniform price for each uniform under 6 pieces.

PAYMENTS AND TERMS: Home Team Sportswear’s policy requires that all orders MUST BE PAID IN FULL by credit card (Visa or Master Card), certified check or money order before order is processed. We Do Not accept school purchase orders.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are not honored after work has begun. There will be a 15% cancellation fee on all canceled orders once they have been placed with Home Team Sportswear. Orders that are already in process are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please order carefully and as early as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. On returnable/exchangeable items there is a 15% restocking fee. All uniforms, pom pons and warm-ups are custom made and NON RETURNABLE except for defects in material or workmanship of manufacturer (again, claims must be made within 10 days). Please contact our customers service department at 1-888-657-7745 with any defected items. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be submitted to return/exchange items. Also, on exchanges/returns, Home Team Sportswear must receive the unworn merchandise in proper restocking condition before the order is reshipped or account credited.

SALES TAX: Unless we have your sales tax exemption form on file, Home Team Sportswear is required by law to collect sales tax on sales of goods.

SHIPPING: Shipping cost is 15% of the total order. (Orders totaling less than $100.00 require a minimum of $15.00 shipping.) Overnight shipping will be charged at the rate of weight and destination. Exact cost can only be calculated on the day of shipment. Our standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks on all custom orders (anything that is not in-stock is considered a custom order). Scheduled times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year and are subject to change. Home Team Sportswear will do everything possible to get your order filled on time, however we will not be responsible for late shipments beyond our control, for reasons based on peak season work load or other unavoidable causes. Please place your orders early as possible to insure timely delivery.

MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS: When ordering, please be sure and state that you want to match a previous order. For us to match your order as closely as possible we may ask that you fax or email info@hometeamsportswear.com us a labeled picture of the uniform. Home Team cannot guarantee a perfect color match due to the difference in dye lots in the fabric.

PRODUCT CARE: Polyester Uniforms: For best results dry clean or hand wash with mild soap in cold water and hang to dry. Use cool iron as needed. Do not bleach. See Instruction Tag Inside Garment.

COTTON WARM-UPS: Hand wash or machine wash cold using mild detergent. Tumble dry low heat (not high heat) or hang to dry. See Instruction Tag Inside Garment.

LETTERING STYLES: Prices are as quoted, unless included in package pricing.

IN STOCK UNIFORMS: Includes shell, skirt and FREE lettering. No lettering included for quick delivery. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks extra delivery time for lettering. Available in sizes: Youth Medium, Youth Large, Youth XLarge, Youth XXLarge and Youth XXXLarge.

COLORS: Black, Red, Royal, Navy, and Purple.

·   Measure all team members at the same time and have the same person doing all the measuring.
·   Our uniform measurements are adjusted for comfortable fit. Extra room is already allowed for a sports bra, turtleneck or bodysuit is to be worn under the uniform.
·   If a member is out of proportion with Home Team’s standard measurements, you may split sets and order one size shell and a different size skirt if needed.
·   Custom sizes are available for an additional cost.
·   Additional Skirt length is never a problem.
